Menu Designer

The Menu Designer is where you build your conversation flow — the greeting, menu options, buttons, forms, and hand-off to a human.

Basics

  1. Open Menu Designer (or the Design your conversation flow step).
  2. Add a greeting, then menu options customers can pick.
  3. Connect options to answers, forms, or human transfer.
  4. Preview and test, then Publish the flow.

Your assistant settings (name, greeting, business hours, fallback) act as defaults the flow can use.

A clear menu helps customers get answers quickly and reduces escalations.
