Menu Designer¶
The Menu Designer is where you build your conversation flow — the greeting, menu options, buttons, forms, and hand-off to a human.
Basics¶
- Open Menu Designer (or the Design your conversation flow step).
- Add a greeting, then menu options customers can pick.
- Connect options to answers, forms, or human transfer.
- Preview and test, then Publish the flow.
Your assistant settings (name, greeting, business hours, fallback) act as defaults the flow can use.
A clear menu helps customers get answers quickly and reduces escalations.
