📣 Campaigns

Send an approved WhatsApp template to your whole audience — see the new Campaigns guide.

  • 4-step campaign wizard — General → Audience → Template → Review & Schedule, with drafts saved at every step.
  • Production-channel targeting — pick which WhatsApp channel a campaign sends from; Meta test numbers are clearly marked as ineligible.
  • Three audience sources — all customers, CSV upload (with per-row validation), or hand-picked conversations.
  • Template variable mapping — map each {{N}} placeholder to recipient, campaign, business, or date/time variables, with a live preview of the exact outgoing message.
  • Contextual Campaign Body — the body field now appears only when a template placeholder is mapped to it, right where the mapping happens. It is inserted into the template's placeholder and never sent as a standalone message.
  • Scheduling — send now or schedule for later (local timezone, starts within about a minute of the selected time); scheduled campaigns can be cancelled before they start.
  • Media headers from the Media Library — image-header templates take a Public media asset instead of a raw URL.
  • Question node is fully live — input validation by type (text, number, phone, email, choice list), up to 3 retries, then a recovery menu (Try Again / Skip / Talk to Human). See the Question node.
  • {{variable}} everywhere — captured and built-in variables interpolate in message bodies, menu text, prompts, email subject/body, and media captions. Undefined variables render as empty text, never as a raw token.
  • Human Handoff → Action Center — every handoff creates a ticket in the Action Center work queue with assignment, My Queue filtering, internal notes and activity history; the assistant automatically resumes when the agent completes the handoff. See Human Handoff.
  • Clear node status — the Node Reference now marks Condition, API Action and Lead Form as Preview (designable, not yet executed by the live assistant).

  • Template management — list, create, view and sync WhatsApp templates with Meta, and try any approved template with Test Send before using it in a campaign.
