Business Verification¶
To message more than a small number of customers per day, Meta must verify that your business is real. This happens entirely on Meta's side — there's nothing to configure inside Page-Nest. Your dashboard simply shows the status: Under review → Verified.
Why it matters¶
Until you're verified, Meta limits how many unique customers you can message each day (your messaging limit). Verifying lifts those limits over time.

What you do¶
- Go to your Meta Business Settings → Security Center: https://business.facebook.com/settings
- Start business verification and provide the details Meta asks for. Meta will tell you exactly what it needs (often proof your business is registered — e.g. a registration certificate, utility bill or tax document in your business's legal name).
- Submit and wait for Meta's review.
📎 Documents go to Meta, not Page-Nest. You upload verification documents directly in Meta's Security Center. Page-Nest never stores them.

How long it takes¶
Usually a few hours to a couple of days, depending on Meta. You can keep working on the other setup steps — and even test your assistant — while you wait.
Tips to pass the first time¶
- Use your exact registered business name everywhere (profile, documents).
- Make sure your website and business email domain match your business name where possible.
- Ensure documents are legible and current.
After verification¶
You can see your verification status, quality rating and messaging limit on your WhatsApp overview page in Page-Nest. A green quality rating + verification unlocks higher messaging tiers.
